Cook, and the plaintiff, Pauline Cook, the daughter of decedent and step-daughter of defendant, concerning the proceeds of a life insurance policy in the sum of $2,020.39 on the life of decedent; plaintiff's claim to the proceeds arises from a provision in decedent's will, whereas defendant's claim arises from the fact that she was named beneficiary in the insurance policy.
